Profit Share is another way Forever rewards the hard work and dedication of our Distributors. This incentive is a one-off additional annual bonus where the Company puts part of the country’s profit into a pot and Distributors can qualify to earn a share.

The qualification period is from 1 January to 31 December.
General Requirements:
- Be an active Recognised Manager with 4 active Case Credits every month during the incentive period; or, if you qualify as a Recognised Manager during the incentive period, you must be active every full month thereafter.
- Be Leadership Bonus qualified every month during the incentive period; or, if you qualify as a Recognised Manager during the incentive period, you must be Leadership Bonus qualified every full month thereafter.
- Purchase products as required only after 75% of prior product inventory has been utilised.
- Be qualified for the Earned Incentive Programme.
- Build your Forever business according to correct Multi-Layer Marketing principles and Company Policies.
- Attend and support weekly opportunity meetings, monthly recognition and training meetings and all Company sponsored events.
- Final acceptance into the Profit Sharing incentive is subject to approval by the Executive Committee.
- All requirements must be achieved in the country of qualification with exception of the ‘new’ non-Manager requirement as clarified below.
Profit Sharing Manager Level 1
In addition to the General Requirements:
- Accumulate 700 personal and non-Manager Case Credits during the incentive period after becoming a Recognised Manager, of which a minimum of 150 Case Credits must come from newly sponsored Distributors during the incentive period. These 150 ‘new’ Case Credits may be generated and combined in any country.
- Re-sponsored Distributors do not count toward the 150 CC requirement.
- The remaining personal and non-Manager Case Credits must be generated in your qualifying country.
- Assist at least 1 Downline Recognised Manager in your qualifying country to accumulate 600 or more total group Case Credits during the incentive period after becoming a Recognised Manager. This Manager may be an existing Manager or newly developed during the incentive period. Their Case Credits will not be added to your Case Credits for allocation of the bonus pool.
Any ‘new’ Case Credits generated outside your qualifying country will not count toward the allocation of the bonus pool.
(Note: only Case Credits for the months your 600 CC Manager qualifies as active will count for this requirement).
Profit Sharing Manager Level 2
In addition to the General Requirements:
- Accumulate 600 personal and non-Manager Case Credits during the incentive period after becoming a Recognised Manager, of which a minimum of 100 Case Credits must come from newly sponsored Distributors during the incentive period. These 100 ‘new’ Case Credits may be generated and combined in any country.
- Re-sponsored Distributors do not count toward the 100 CC requirement.
- The remaining personal and non-Manager Case Credits must be generated in your qualifying country.
- Assist 3 Recognised Managers, each in different Downlines, to qualify as Profit Sharing Managers. These Managers may be existing Managers or newly developed during the incentive period.
Any ‘new’ Case Credits generated outside your qualifying country will not count toward the allocation of the bonus pool.
Profit Sharing Manager Level 3
In addition to the General Requirements:
- Accumulate 500 personal and non-Manager Case Credits during the incentive period after becoming a Recognised Manager, of which a minimum of 100 Case Credits must come from newly sponsored Distributors during the incentive period. These 100 ‘new’ Case Credits may be generated and combined in any country.
- Re-sponsored Distributors do not count toward the 100 CC requirement.
- The remaining personal and non-Manager Case Credits must be generated in your qualifying country.
- Assist 6 Recognised Managers, each in different Downlines, to qualify as Profit Sharing Managers. These Managers may be existing Managers or those newly developed during the incentive period.
Any ‘new’ Case Credits generated outside your qualifying country will not count toward the allocation of the bonus pool.
Top tips on how to qualify for Profit Sharing
Begin by building up a good Customer base to achieve your required monthly level of 4 CCs. Only then will you maintain the ‘active status’ that is required for all incentive programmes.
- Focus on 5 people and help them to build and consolidate their business and their own Downline.
- Help your 5 Distributors to work on achieving sales of 2 - 6 Case Credits per month from their end Customer business.
- In order to qualify for Profit Share, you must be a ‘Recognised Manager’ at least.
- Support your 5 Distributors until they have also achieved Manager status.
- Qualify for the Earned Incentive Programme.
- If you have one or more Managers in your Frontline, you must also qualify for the Leadership Bonus every month from the time that you achieve Manager level.
- In order to qualify for Profit Share, you need 700 non-Manager Case Credits in the whole qualification period, of which 150 CCs must come from new Distributors.
- In addition, you also need at least one Manager in your Downline (not necessarily in the Frontline).
